Warranty Information

Every one of our products is guaranteed to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for up to one year from the date of purchase.

 

Normal wear and tear, including prolonged exposure to rain, snow, strong winds, and heavy humidity, is not covered by our warranty. Nor is rot, mold, mildew, animal damage, damage from improper storage, improper maintenance, improper use such as jumping on the hammock or hanging oneself from the spreader bar, exceeding the rated weight capacity, tying extra knots into the rope, or other modifications.
