Our goal at Caribbean Hammocks is to get every order packed and shipped as quickly as possible. Every order ships out the same day, as long as the order is placed before 2:00 pm EST Monday-Friday. Shipping charges are determined based on which product you ordered. We do not vary the shipping rate based on location.
Currently, we only ship within the United States.
We do not ship to PO boxes.
We ship FedEx Home Delivery and FedEx Ground.
Returns
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date and be in new condition. Payment of return shipping is required. If you would like to place a return please email us at hammocks@kwhammocks.com.
