Shipping and Delivery
Due to current seasonal order volumes, orders may take about 5 days to ship. If you need your order to arrive by a certain date, we recommend reaching out and coordinating with us before you make your purchase to discuss rush shipping options or order holds.
Where Do We Ship To?
We currently can only ship orders within the continental United States and we cannot ship to PO Boxes.
How Long Until My Order Gets Shipped?
We want to get your hammock to you as soon as possible! Here's a quick rundown:
- Some orders placed before 2:00 pm Eastern Time will ship out the same day (barring any operational delays or delays caused by seasonal order volume).
- Orders placed after 2:00 pm Eastern Time will usually ship on the next business day (Monday to Friday).
- You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships so you can keep a close eye on your delivery. Some orders will ship in multiple boxes, each with a different tracking number. Please read your shipping notification email for instructions to view every tracking number on the carrier's website.
- Orders shipping in multiple boxes may get separated in transit and be delivered at different time.
- For preorders, any updates on shipping dates will be posted on their respective product pages.
How Long Will It Take To Get To Me?
UPS is our preferred shipping partner, so most orders will ship via UPS Ground. Though on occasion we may ship an order via FedEx.
Unfortunately, we can't give you an exact answer here since it depends on how far you live from our warehouse in Eastern Tennessee.
Once your order ships, UPS Ground typically takes 3-5 business days to deliver. FedEx takes 1-5 days to deliver.
