Warranty Information
All Caribbean Hammocks products are designed to withstand normal outdoor and recreational use. We do not warranty against normal wear and tear. Fading and weathering due to exposure to the sun, rain, snow, wildlife and high humidity are not covered by our warranty policy. Nor is rot, mold, mildew, animal damage, damage from improper storage, improper maintenance, improper use such as jumping on the hammock or hanging oneself from the spreader bar, exceeding the rated weight capacity, tying extra knots into the rope, or other modifications. To prevent excessive weathering, we recommend storing our products indoors when not in active use.
If you have a warranty claim, please email hammocks@kwhammocks.com or call our hammock specialists at 305-293-0008 for a review of the defective product. All warranty claims must be accompanied by an original receipt/proof of purchase, photographs of the issue, and a summary of the manufacture defect to support the claim. If your claim is approved, we will ship a replacement item of exact or similar style at no cost. Please note that we do not issue refunds for warranty claims.
